BENEFIT DETAILS:
Anyone interested in selling raffle tickets before the benefit let me know asap how many you would like, as I have those tickets. These are made especially for our benefit. (813) 900-3319
Don't forget all the flyers are posted off that front page.
VERY IMPORTANT: Please let me know exact details about any raffle items you have already. WE will be SELLING tickets before the benefit for the raffle items, and I will post pics up of some of them items that we have pictures of, and may even scan certificates in etc to show stuff. Will post these items on the site and where ever else I can. If you can take pics of your item/items, please do and forward to me. I will have the raffle tickets for us very soon to start selling. These tickets will be unique to the benefit so that they can not be duplicated. Attached is the Benefit Sponsor Letter that you can print out to give to businesses when you ask for their support. If you live far away, you can always try to get actual items instead of food stuff or store gift certificates.
Very important to send all details on Raffle items to me asap. I am making a spread sheet to share with everyone and also I don't want to have to do this sheet at the last min for the benefit. There will be a large board set up by the concession that will show all our raffle items.
CONTEST!!!! - whoever gets the most RAFFLE items donated wins - FREE lunch that day w/1 drink, and will get to shoot 3 shots each at the person of their choice that is up on the dunk tank and also in the sling shot target. Also allows 1 child that comes with them FREE admission to the kids area for the day.
Also a board will be displayed with all our sponsors and another with all the donated raffle items
Lisa Chesser done a wonderful job with one of the games for the kids. Thanks Lisa!! wait til you see it!
The idea we have decided on is that we are going to have signs up in the different areas that say "Nathen's Cafe", "Nathen's Pub", "Nathen's Hair Cuts" "Nathen's Playground".
In the hair cutting area we want to make it look like a real salon, Tammy Williams and Lance are bringing in the salon chair.
Nathen's Journey Bracelets $5 ea for adults, $3 for children
child's price for the playground area, games and crafts is $5 for the day.
Face Painting Prices - $5 for Adults and $3 for Children
There is no cover charge
There will be a cash bar w/Big Lisa running it, ringing her bell as the money collected/donated increases, (so cool!!)
staff to wear black and white or RHS t-shirts
event colors are red and white
Dunk Tank & Sling Shot for Water Balloons - and yes I know, everyone wants to dunk me, i know i know
There will be a big screen TV with Nathen, Amanda and Chris on Live Cam, if they are able to depending on Nathen's treatments and how he is feeling etc.
Please when you get some time, surf the hillsborough county and tampa area online community websites etc and post the benefit wherever possible. A lot of the sites have free community calendars. I will be doing some also, but the more the better.
Post Benefit on your MySpace and FaceBook and all other accts that you can.
Please feel free to bring items for the bake sale or rummage sale. If you have neighbors, family or friends that want to bake something for you and have you bring in, we won't mind! lol The more the better.
There will be service apprx 9 am to 9:30 am. It will end with a prayer for Nathen.
Then Brad Hayes, Nathen's uncle will perform a couple of songs and Brad is also planning on doing one number with Nathen's great grandpa.

1:00 PM - NED Warriors til 9 PM Closing
