Robert Lowery - Vice Prez & Cook in charge of food, helping to oversee the bar and alcohol also
Nick Hatzinas - cook from Palma Ceia Country Club will be assisting Robert that day with the cooking
Larry Lemanski - helping with the cooking also!
Carolyn Logan - coffee, donuts, entertainment (bands, service, other entertainment, children's entertainment (clown, face painter, activities), putting together the children's area including items needed (prizes, food, goody bags, materials for games), porta potties, getting raffles, getting items and overseeing everything, handling the website, making flyer, pizzas for game prizes, applying for 501C so that we can incorporate golf tournament and other donations, making the event agenda, putting together a slide show of Nathen, Amanda and Chris, helping with the live web cam set up, storage room for rummage sale, will be posting ads and sending out email to media, decorating haha,
Lisa Chesser - In charge of bar (completely, lol) and getting grounds ready for event, she is also helping in getting hair stylists Also taking care of the outside lighting, and now the Catch the Star Game Board.
Karen Martini Novak - Helping to get people there. Raffle items
Laura Taylor Roake - Getting us raffle items and also helping me not lose my mind, LOL She and others have posted events about Nathen's Benefit on several FB groups and I will be including those here soon.
Security for the day - Mike Milioto, two volunteer firemen, also Jason Crodian

Jim LaChance - Dunk tank, putting together one of the kids games, Signs for inside Benefit, child's fishing pole for game

Melaina Logan - In charge of all of kids area - she is getting all the details together, games etc and I am helping her with that. If anyone has questions or ideas, which we have a lot already, but anything and everything is welcomed, you can call me directly 813-900-3319 Also Melaina is fixing her awesome potato salad for the benefit. I'm going to help her with it.

Tommy Dixon - has a game booth large water balloon sling shot, ppl shoot water balloons at other people, the person who volunteers to be shot at will get a free pizza and if the person hits them they get a prize. Also Tommy is helping with the set up of big screen tv and laptop for viewing Live Cam w/Nathen, Amanda, Chris and Nathen's older sister Nicole. Helping set up dunk tank, getting coffee pots
